Newbie Here! Introducing Myself

I'm Rhonda! Just signed up for myfitnesspal last week and absolutely love being able to track my calories and exercise. I'm on a mission to lose another 25 - 30 pounds. My struggle is that I suffer from thyroid disease, so it makes it a challenge. However, I have learned that burning more calories than you consume truly does work, reg ardless of the thyroid issues. Here I go again. My goal is to get back into my size 12 clothes (now a 16), where I felt the most comfortable and healthy.

I look forward to hearing your success stories and words of encouragement. I'm sure we all agree that we would LOVE to be one of those people who can eat anything, do nothing, and not worry about packing on those extra pounds!
