So my problem is that, like many people can probably relate to is, actually starting your weight loss journey , then you hit a small bump in the road.. and you end up quitting the whole thing.
I had that happen some time ago and actually many times and .. I just can´t get myself to exercise as when i was frequently in sports (did judo but I can´t afford anything atm... ) a poor student @_@, without a job because I fail at finding one >_>)
but some time ago I got to borrow the insanity videos from a friend, and well one day i had to deliver news paper because my sister was in a situation.. many hours later i come home frozen to the bone so basically didn't do my exercise.. and after that.. haven't been able to start.
Doesnt help having terrible depression and trying to continue to feel motivated so
2 problems
; can´t get myself motivated out of the "lazy-zone" and actually do something.
; Trying to eat healthy but I´m not a "super" big meat fan and I´m having a
hard time quitting bread (kind of a little addiction since I´m a picky eater
and such...
I´m really desperate of loosing around 30-20 kgs before mid June, Realizing it´s very very hard to do in a non harmful way.
So is there anyone out there with any tips willing to give me or , help me in some way?
Ive done plenty of research about motivation but... I don´t know.. I´m just stuck help...

Just Do It! I'm serious.. we can all type you tips and it might help for a bit but it's YOU that's gotta want it bad enough to get the control back. You are the only one that can do that. How bad do you want it???
I deal with depression, it's not easy, but to deal with the depression the very best thing I've found is movement. Don't need a gym, don't need to take classes. You can dig through youtube for any type of workout you enjoy. Yup, it's really tough sometimes, wanna pull the blanket back over my head but today I didn't and I am proud I went despite almost changing my mind.
But...wait, where's the DVD's now? Do you still have them?
Time to turn it on and get busy Girl! Looking forward to hearing back from you soon on here.
Ah, I see the end of your post says you 'have done plenty of research and....' well just start to move, you don't need anymore research right now. You already know you just need to log the food you eat and take a walk. Even a 5 minute walk, just get outside and MOVE! Motivation comes from within....none of us can give that to you...
Get inspired by looking over the Success section...those ppl pushed through some of what you're dealing with and more..but there they are!0
