im sure this was covered somewhere in one of the announcements, but I can't find the answer to my question. Sorry if it's been asked over and over. I cook a lot of frozen chicken breasts. When do I weigh them? I read you should weigh raw but is that true if it's frozen?

Opinions will differ on this topic. What do I do? I weigh what I eat. I don't eat it frozen or raw so I weigh my food, even meats when they are prepared.
So in response to your question? I say weigh what you eat as long as you log it as such. If you pick something in the database that says 'raw chicken' then you'll want to log that way as well.
Hope that wasn't more confusing ....0
