im sure this was covered somewhere in one of the announcements, but I can't find the answer to my question. Sorry if it's been asked over and over. I cook a lot of frozen chicken breasts. When do I weigh them? I read you should weigh raw but is that true if it's frozen?

Raw. Not sure if there will be much of a difference through as there isn't any fat. Just some water0

The best way is raw, but you can weigh it cooked, too - just make sure you use the cooked entry.0

i've weighed frozen and thawed, only difference in weight is if there is water/juice frozen in the bag. Probably best to weigh thawed if you want raw info. Otherwise you can weigh cooked or raw based on preference, just use correct entry.0

I measure them raw and frozen. If any error, it is on underestimating calories which is a good thing.0

Thanks everyone. I think ill just keep weighing them frozen.0
