    Hi Mindy - I'm not at the same stage as you, or in the States, but good luck with the program. I'm 16 months post sleeve and life is good. Go for it.

    Thanks, I'm exited about my future for the first time I years, I haven't got my date yet but have lost 32 lbs, since I started my food diary Jan. 27th.
