Share your fitness routine that helped you on your weight loss journey. Mine would consist of using the treadmill usually on 8/9 incline going at 3mph, The elliptical at 10 incline, I love using the arch machine and of course strength training! I do this at least 4 times a week, and with changing my diet I was able to lose up to 6lbs ( I just started my journey in march).
