I went away for awhile...couple of months at least. Needed to take a break from all the drama. Also needed a break from the tracking. The good news is I haven't gained any weight. The bad news is I've been so very busy and stressed out I've been subsisting on coffee and snack-y foods. Time to start planning, cooking, and eating meals again. So hi...again...
