I would probably qualify as a hard gainer as well but I know that it's all about the fact that I'm just afraid to eat more and gain the fat back. Eating more and working out hard is always the right solution.

I thought I was a hard gainer until I really, seriously tried to gain (last year). Then, I realized that I just don't like to eat that much. That's the only hard part about it for me now..
  • Peanut butter is your friend. I also have a hard time but peanut butter helps a lot

I always thought "hard gainer" was an euphemism for impatience.

I find it hard to maintain eating at the levels needed for me to gain.

I found out one thing, as a hard gainer u can't be doing a whole lot of running. Just a small note put you track shoes away for a while until u get up to the weight u desire.....!

Eating is a good thing but trying to keep a small waist line is another... Sit-ups and crunches here I come...man!
