Hello 
I'm Pam and I live in Devon with my husband and four Maine Coon cats. I am currently studying for a BA(Hons) in English Literature with the Open University and since being made redundant a couple of years ago, have piled on the weight - not helped by sitting down to study most of the time.
I have arthritis and really need to lose the weight that I have gained as this will alleviate some of my mobility issues - and it would be nice to see my feet again
