New to site - Losing weight - P90x style

Hi All,

Just thought I'd say hello and introduce myself.

Not new to eating healthy or exercising, have been doing on and off my whole life.

Started cleaning up my diet 2 weeks ago and have officially started my diet and workout routine as of yesterday. I am doing the P90X program, I did it successfully 2 yrs ago, dropped 25 lbs and was about 12% BF, was likely the healthiest I had ever been in my life at 40. Shortly after I developed a hernia which knocked me off the program for a long time, started again last year but had a motorcycle accident and broke my arm a cracked a bunch of ribs.

So a few pounds later it was time to start again.

Check out my diet diary any tips are appreciated. Right now on a 50P 20F 30C diet and my calorie intake goal is between 1800 and 2000.

    Just with the diet cleanup and getting rid of all the junk food for 2.5 weeks I am down almost 10lbs. I know that is just the bloat weight coming off but its a start. Now to work on the hard fat...... P90X will certainly take care of most of it.
