so... what are some fun summer workouts that don't really feel like a workout? I know we can walk or run, but what are some ways you slip in a workout when it's nice outside?

U name it. Sand volleyball; swimming; rafting; canoeing; paddleboarding; rollerblading; biking (both mountain and road); hikes in the woods; tennis; 12-ounce beer curls. I always lose weight in the summer -- there's just no way I can eat enough to keep up with all the things to do.

kayaking (you can rent them at almost any recreational lake), hike a mountain, find a cool watering hole and go swimming, paddleboarding up a river. I can't wait!

for me yard work. Mowing the lawn, gardening, tidying up the yard. It all gets me moving around and often picking up and putting down heavy things.

Beach dodgeball. It's actually a thing.

I bought foam dumbells and a vest for water running and water-resistance excercises, I love outdoor pools in summer. One of our local outdoor pools also runs aquafit classes.

camping and hiking are enjoyable workouts for me. Particularly when accompanied with beer and the occasional smore!!
