Hello All!

I had gotten this app a couple of years ago and didn't do a THING with it...but NOW I've committed to seeing how many days in a row I can log my food and my exercise and see what happens!! I used to think that I didn't want to be bothered with all of this logging thing, but now that I see how EASY it is, I am really excited about this!

Although I have been eating pretty healthy and working out with a Trainer for a few years now, I haven't gotten as lean as I would like to be...primarily because of portion sizes, I think! But NOW with this App, I will be able to see how many extra calories, etc. that extra portion adds and be more mindful of how many calories I am eating each day.
