Hello!

My friend Ashley and I are starting a weight loss challenge for the month of April. We have created a facebook page. If you would like to participate please feel free to like the page and add us as a friend on here! We are so excited and pumped to push ourselves even more this month!

Challenge Requirements:

1. No eating out for the month of april. If it is completely unavoidable only order soup or salad.

2. Workout 30min 5 days a week. Each week increase by 15min.

3. One workout a week needs to be in public. Ex a gym, or park.
