Hi, my name is Julia and I have been using the myfitnesspal for about a month now. It is awesome and has helped me drop about 15 pounds which makes my total weight loss 55 pounds. That is a huge achievement since I was over 300 ponds when I started. Here is a quick summary of how I allowed myself to abuse my body. I went from a very active like style to a "couch potato." Starting in 2011 until 2014 I was constantly in and out of the hospital for one thing or another, the huge event was my heart attack on November 29, 2011. It was caused by. Spontaneous Cornary Artery Dissection, nothing I had done. I became very depressed and just sat on the couch and ate. In October 2014 after watching episodes of my 600 pound life and realizing that could me if I did not get off that sofa. The very next day I made up my mind that I was worth taking care of, now it is all about getting healthy. I am so blessed to have family and friends who love me and 3 nephews who I plan on watching grow up.
