Coconut Oil??

I've noticed some other changes since starting using the oil. However, I won't go into all of that. I just know that something has made a huge difference for me. Right now, the evidence leans toward the coconut oil.
On my profile, there is a picture taken exactly one week apart, and 10 pounds down. Some say they can see a difference. I can see and feel it, so that's what's important to me.
To each his own! We all are on this journey. Wish it were easy, but it's not. It's a battle every single day. It's a battle I plan on winning. So if the time comes that it appears coconut oil is not helping, then I will back up and punt. Until then, I am going to keep on keeping on.
May I know how often you use it? Before meal? Or first thing in the morning? Use it raw or use it mixed with other food?
