    Dont.
Just eat at a slight deficit daily and do resistance training a few times a week.

    No magic pills!

Nope. They don't work... unless you're looking for something that will make you poo your pants... like Alli.

Calorie deficit and move more. That's all you need.

The only thing they lighten is your wallet. There are no magic pills, save your money!

Caffine. Diet pills usually have like 250mg+ a serving. You can get 200mg tablets at Walgreens/CVS for like $12. I'll stick to my coffee though.
Yohimbine is also supposed to aid in weightloss, but I would recommend it just for its aphrodisiac effects. >:)

Other than things like Alli (which was already mentioned) that block some fat absorption, and the side effects are
really nasty, nothing exists which will help you magically lose weight.

There are prescription appetite suppressants, but those are for people who are drastically overweight, sometimes
    with co-morbidities, and short-term use.
They don't do anything but control your appetite so you can learn to eat less. For me, that appetite reset was
amazing, and has continued since I stopped taking the medicine. (I'm _so_ glad!!! Being constantly ravenous is
    really difficult to deal with.)
And with 60 lb to lose, I doubt a reputable doctor would prescribe them to you.

Increase foods with low calories & high fiber, like most vegetables & many fruits (careful of the sugar, it can add up quickly).
Increase your water intake, as well as non-caloric fluids like tea.
