Is anyone doing the Juiceplus diet? I'm finding this is definitely helping me keep within my calories.:-(

    I'm doing juiceplus. I normally only eat 1 meal at night and snack so feel as if I'm having more than I normally would having the shake and fruit in the morn n dinner :/
