30 day shred - how do you log your work out?

I just started 30 day shred tonight...just finished and now I want to log that in, I know a bunch of you are well into the work out, so I was hoping you could help. I can't remember the names of the things she did, how do you go about logging the work out? TIA

Thanks, I logged it, the only problem is it tells me I only burned like 250 calories, I don't get how I can burn 400 calaries walking 100 minutes and not even breaking a sweat, but I am dying and burned so much less :sad: Oh well, I know this has got to be good :happy:0

I add it in myself as 30 day shred...but I have a HRM for calories burned.0

250 calories is a lot for only 20 mins of workout. Good job! I'm working on the 30 day shred also but only doing it 3 days a week so I don't get bored.0
