I'm doing well building stamina and toning my leg. I'm building my stamina doing 50 sit ups (going from there) And getting back on my push-ups. I'm taking pictures and I'm seeing progress but I'm still having troubles with my back! ![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Any suggestions of any workouts that does not include weights than can help me work my back muscles? Thanks!

Inverted rows work. In a pinch you can do them on the dining room table. Likewise pullups if you can get a bar.

Sit ups are actually recommended to stay away from if you have back problems. Full crunches can also be a problem. For core moves, you could look more into planks since you don't want to work with weights. Bodybuilding.com also has a great exercise that you can look up bodyweight exercises on.0

i just removed crunches from my workout and replaced with planks. Those are fun0
