Help with calories

Does anyone know te calories in chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice that you can get from Chinese restaurants

    In the food database there is an entry for a container of China gait chicken and brocoli. 650 calories.

    Man I dunno. I always assume pork fried rice with meat and an egg roll is a good 1200 calories. I can't really see the serving size well in that container.

    I know the side of fried rice you get a Panda Express is over 500 calories.

    That should be around the same serving size, sorry I can't be more specific I don't normally have this stuff

    If you look up a recipe, you can import it and MFP will automatically calculate the overall nutrition information based on the ingredients list provided.
