Does anyone know te calories in chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice that you can get from Chinese restaurants

In the food database there is an entry for a container of China gait chicken and brocoli. 650 calories.

Man I dunno. I always assume pork fried rice with meat and an egg roll is a good 1200 calories. I can't really see the serving size well in that container.

I know the side of fried rice you get a Panda Express is over 500 calories.

That should be around the same serving size, sorry I can't be more specific I don't normally have this stuff
