feel full up to throat?

So this is a random question, I know this is not a medical site and I am not looking for medical advice as I am seeing the Dr. in the morning, but I am just curious if anyone else had this happen while eating in a deficit?

About 3 days ago I started to feel my throat felt strange (almost like there is something stuck in it) and after I finished dinner I felt absolutely stuffed like I had ate too much. But I logged my calories and was in shock that I was not even close to meeting them. So I made some popcorn and ate it, feeling it was a chore. For the past two days it has been harder to eat at each meal and I feel full immediately upon eating 1 bite of food, like stuffed full, like I ate so much I feel full 'up to my throat' if that makes sense.... Today it got to the point where I have felt like I have a stomach full of food even though I only was able to eat 1 piece of toast 7 hours ago. I do not feel hungry at all, no stomach growling happening, no symptoms of hunger - I just had to force myself to eat half a sandwich because this is getting crazy.

I don't have acid reflux or an ED, I take no medications, I have no known medical conditions. I have been losing weight since September, and have lost about 20 pounds, I am at a normal BMI... not feeling otherwise sick.

I normally have a very big appetite and I love food so this is very abnormal and concerning for me and I don't think it would be related to my current diet... but who knows.
Anyone else have this happen?
