Hi need friends and encouragement!

Hey, I used this app last year and it really helped and now I'm back as I last track and finding it hard, I start work at half 6 most mornings so don't find time for breakfast as I'm yup at 4am, I have salad for lunch (I work in subway) and then usually try and have salad for dinner when I get home, and try and snack on yogurt, oranges the odd pack of crisps, looking for friends to add and help as my calories are only around 800-900 and my goal is 1200, and with out eating crap I'm not sure where to add food in :) all help appreciated
