Eat back burned calories...yes or no??

Hey guys. OK...I am a bit confused at times. I have never (well, not since grade school...and that was many many moons ago) exercised and the eating back calories burned thing confuses me. I lost the first 110 pounds just by diet changes. Am I suppose to eat them back? All of them? Some of them? Not at all? I know people that workout, but don't count their calories burned...or count it as 1, so they don't eat them back. I normally set my menu to consume my daily allowance, and if I work out and am a bit hungry will eat something light, but never all of the calories. I have NO FREAKING IDEA if I am doing this right or not. I have been losing inches and weight, but would it be faster if I did it another way? Can ya understand my dilemma? Any help wold be appreciated! Thanks ^_^

I am new at this stuff too, but I think if you don't eat back the calories you will lose weight faster.

I just try to adjust my exercise in the evenings when I over eat. Or if I eat a ton of vegetables and it says I need to eat more, then I eat something with protein.

I have an awful time staying within range. I am always over on the sugar. Slimfast is a sugar nightmare!

Eat back your calories, you don't want to lose muscle, it's not a race.

I think it depends on your calorie intake. I'm doing TDEE minus 20% so it has me at 1500 calories a day. I never eat back my calories on work out days and I'm losing at a steady pace. When I was doing 1200 a day, I would eat back calories though.
