Olympic lifting - intermediates +

I've always lifted, but recently (6 months or so) got into Olympic lifting. My technique kind of sucks still, but it's coming along.
Looking to get some friends who are into Oly lifting. Learn a bit more about what my diet should be like, how frequently I should be training, etc. etc.
If you're good, regional / national level that'd be even better as I have fairly lofty goals for this.
As some background,
Current weight: 124kg
Goal weight: 104.99kg ;-)
Squat: 220kg
Deadlift: 230kg
Front Squat: 190kg
Power C&J: 130kg
Power Snatch: 100kg
Goal C&J: 180kg
Goal Snatch: 150kg
My full C&J and snatch suck, I've not quite got the technique right of balancing all the way down there yet. Must. try. harder!
