Thank for the add. Same story about struggling with weight all my life. 25ish years ago, I lost weight on pre-packaged food program and kept it off for a little over 10 years before it started creeping back. I lost a few pounds using MFP last summer but did not follow through when school started back. School is no longer a useable excuse, as I retired June 1 after 28 years teaching elementary kiddies. Instead of planning lessons, I'm planning meals. Otherwise, my husband of 13 years and I enjoy car shows, concerts, traveling in the RV, and catering to the whims of our two cairn terriers (hence, my MFP name). I'm learning to play guitar so I can sing when we travel. Certainly, I want to lose weight to look better, but more importantly, diabetes is not welcome in my life. So....here we go.0
