Sugar Cravings

So I'm feeling very happy right now, as I've managed to control my craving for sugar and have not had any sweets or chocolate since Thursday. (26th March) I don't even really enjoy them anyway and feel crap afterwards but was just getting silly. I use something that seems to be working, maybe it'll work for you too. I log in my diary 4 sweet treats a day, usually adding upto around 400 calories. My aim is to not eat them, but because i have logged them my mind thinks I've had them and then before I complete my diary on an evening, move them over to the next day. I have been doing this since Thursday. I feel great, not bloated, lots of energy and most of all I seem to have conquered the eating it because it's there too. Its going to be a good week, I can feel it.
