I know that one of the hardest things about weight loss can be the fact that it takes time... and with that, it can be easy to lose your motivation. Great article. I will seek out my WHY and my HOW. I'm failing miserably with every attempt. I don't want to die of an obesity related illness like my Dad did. I know I can do it. I just have to STAY motivated and consistent with ALL efforts.0
