Bloated after my period?

I'd just like to know if anyone else experiences this? I've been bloated about a week or two before, during, and now the week after too?

I also haven't changed my diet or my exercise routine at all.

I'd just like to know if anyone else has this problem and if there is anything I can do about it? Thanks so much and I apologize for my terrible english (it's not my mother language :P)

So, three weeks out of the month?

If it's 75% of your life, I would check in with the doctor and see whether something else is going on. :) It could even be something like a food intolerance. Do you have any other symptoms except for just physically looking bloated? Do you have stomach cramps, diarrhea, constipation, anything?

Nope, just super bloated (2 - 6 lbs of "bloat weight") :P

It sounds strange, but sometimes it's 3 weeks out of the month and sometimes it's around 2 weeks out of the month...and sometimes it's just a few days or a week! For some reason, its incredibly inconsistent even though I do not change anything from month to month..

I've actually asked the doctor before and he just kinda brushed it off and said it was due to stress - but my life is actually the calmest it's ever been right now...so, I don't know what to think! UGH :P

I may be oversimplifying or just misunderstanding, but if you're at that weight range for the majority of the month and you're basically just bouncing around by the same couple/few pounds, couldn't it be normal water day-to-day fluctuations and you're simply not losing weight right now (i.e. eating at maintenance)?

I tend to agree with this assessment. Daily fluctuations are normal, and can easily be up to 5ish pounds depending on time of day/hydration level/volume of food consumed/poop.
