When I log my exercise/food on my phone it all looks good. Then I log into the computer and things are placed on the day before and then my calorie count is wrong. I don't know if there is some time of issue between the app connection and the website. Maybe the information doesn't feed through correctly?!

    I honestly never have this issue.

    ETA: Do you track on your phone AND on the computer? It could just be a sync issue.
  • Yeah. I'll use my phone when I can scan packages but if I'm at work then I sometimes just use the computer.

    Probably a sync issue. Or maybe the phone app is making it easier to apply things on the wrong day; I've had that problem as well. The phone interface can be "jumpy" and non-intuitive.

    I had this problem a long time ago. I deleted my phone app and reinstalled. The problem was fixed after the reinstall. Seemed to fix it for me.
