Try to get a grip. I lost 22 pounds last year, went on vacation, started eating and didn't quit until I had gained back almost 20 of it. So this year I had to lose the same weight all over again. I was soooo mad at myself. Finally I am in new territory.

Oh no I worked way to hard to lose 42 lbs to gain it all back

Sigh today was just a rough day

I been looking over the days since we been home and one thing I noticed is I am not eating as much protein as I was before vacation we usually have 3-6 lbs of chicken cooked at any give time and makes for a quick filling low calorie meal or snack - So I think that might be what is wrong

I went through the same things for a couple months. It stalled my weight loss and luckily I didn't gain anything, just stopped losing. If you're head isn't there it's just not going to work, you just need to readjust your thinking, and remember what your goals are. And keep coming on here! Good luck, you can do it!

I go through this sometimes too..If i am happy or too stressed or just plain busy, my mind feels like taking a break from all the calories counting exercising etc. I have to get myself to then think about why i got into MFP in the first place, what are my goals etc..Also the thought about gaining back all the weight i have lost working hard, freaks me out :)
Good luck to you on this journey..stay motivated :)

Well i always log everything even when i go over

I just find myself saying forget it gonna eat what i want then of course a few days later i regret it and get myself back on track and i lose the few lbs i just gained then i fall back in the same pattern

    **sigh**

I need more options of different things to eat but with me being so picky i dont have a ton of options
