I'm wondering what pills and supplements other people are taking to support post training recovery and tiredness in general from exercise.

I train 2- 5 times a week it all depends on work each session is about 2 hours. Training for me is jujitsu & BJJ primarily. So it's resistance & cardio. I then sit at a desk doing work all day.

My diet is fairly balanced but I've only been logging again for a few days so it doesn't given a great picture if you look at my diary.

So do you take anything, do you have diet recommendations? My muscles are sore and I have no energy people I want to hear what your solutions are! =)

I try to make sure I am getting a balanced diet and if I am working out harder that I am drinking extra water. Magnesium and potassium are important nutrients for muscles so make sure you are eating enough.

Yeah you can kill two birds with one stone by using epsom salt. Great way to get magnesium and also good for body aches. As far as being tired goes, could be a number of things. Do you get up at all at work and move around? How much sleep do you get a night?

I take glutamine and bcaa's as well as a simple carb of some sort pre workout.

I second the gluamine and BCAA's. I also sit at a desk all day. I am still at times sore but it has decreased since I incorporated those preworkout.
