i'm trying to gain weight and reach 55 kg.

MFP is set to 50% carbs 30% fat and 20% protein
Should I swap fat and protein?

I tried to to 40/30/30 but I just can't eat 150 g of protein a day on a regular basis. I just have mine set to to whatever MFP gives me and I try to maximize protein and minimize fat without worrying to much where the percentages lie.

Plain and simple : try 1g of protein per pound of body weight
.5 grams of fat per pound of body weight
1.5 grams of carbs per pound of body weight . Then just play with them carbs little up or down depending of your total Cals for the whole day and how you be gaining weight.

Protein is not as important gaining weight as it is while losing, but I generally like more protein than less and you could always split the difference and see how it goes.
