i'm trying to gain weight and reach 55 kg.
MFP is set to 50% carbs 30% fat and 20% protein
Should I swap fat and protein?

I tried to to 40/30/30 but I just can't eat 150 g of protein a day on a regular basis. I just have mine set to to whatever MFP gives me and I try to maximize protein and minimize fat without worrying to much where the percentages lie.0

Plain and simple : try 1g of protein per pound of body weight
.5 grams of fat per pound of body weight
1.5 grams of carbs per pound of body weight . Then just play with them carbs little up or down depending of your total Cals for the whole day and how you be gaining weight.0 -
Protein is not as important gaining weight as it is while losing, but I generally like more protein than less and you could always split the difference and see how it goes.0
