Vegeterian Diet for weight loss plus workout

I needed advice on how to get the bikini stomach before May 06, 2015. I am currently enrolled in the gym and intake around 2800 calories per day as recommended. I need a more organized plan, I believe. Right now my daily diet looks like this:
8:30-10:30 - gym, cardio and strength
11:30 - greek yogurt with fruits
Lunch:
veggies - stir fry or boiled without salt
Dinner:
tortilla wrap - green peppers mushrooms kidney beans cheese onions chilli flakes black pepper mix
with oasis nurtional fruits drink

snacks: fruit cup, walnuts, peanuts, nut mix, veggies, and some junk: chocolate bar, vanilla ice cream

*water, at least one bottle a day*
