Hi everyone!
I'm Tori, a college student going keto for the second time! I saw great results from the first time I tried it (Lost 30 lb & maintained for 5 months), but slowly the weight crept back on as I stopped exercising and eating low carb.
Currently, I practice yoga 3x/week and have lost 12 pounds in my first month on keto. I love trying new recipes and I don't eat cheat foods. It's great! I'd love keto buddies to cheer on and support, so please add me
