Hi
Just started with my fitness pal. I am looking to lose 25 pounds by July. It's not impossible and I figure accountability has to start with counting calories and having people around that are on the weight loss journey.
I am a mom of an almost 1 1/2 yr old and wife, work full time, just finished my degree, and trying to change my attitude about health, weight loss and well everything. Got in a rut and found it easy to make excuses. So, enough with the excuses and time to do something or I might go downhill from here. I get up at 5:45 am and get home by 7:30 or 8 pm, bathe my child, try to make some dinner, clean up, and hope to get to bed before midnight in case my little one wakes up, and I will only get 3 - 5 hours of sleep.
Exercise is hard to come by unless I go for a walk during lunch break but this is not enough. Husband bought T-25 and it would be great to find 25 min. to actually work out; again no excuses, going to figure this out because I need to meet my goal.
Day 1: so, today, I started with my fitness pal, entered calories (I am certainly over) and went for a walk. Hoping to make another walk.
so, anyone with me? I would love to hear your life stories and how you are meeting your goals.
