New to MFP.

Hello,
I am 40+ and new to MFP.
I have alway sbeen athletic and in decent shape.
Over the past couple of years I have put on some weight and and my cardio is not what is used to be.
I am here to get back in shape and feel better about myself.
My initial goal is to loose around 15 pounds and then on to 10% bady fat.
I am looking for friends who are motivated and serious about getting in shape.
