Just not losing weight?

I've generally been eating less than 1350 calories most days for the past 2 months (with the odd occasion of going over because of a sneaky KFC with the family or the temptation of chocolate biscuits :laugh: ) but I don't seem to be losing much weight at all? There's no scales in my house but I've been measuring my waist and it went down slightly but then straight back up. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    If you don't have a scale I'd suggest measuring a few more areas. Weight comes off all over the body, not just the waist ...sadly.
  • I'm only really fussed about my waist, hips and thighs my chest can stay as big as it wants haha :laugh: I measure my hips and waist but neither are going down :mad:
