stalling out
Just wondering if anyone else out there experiences this: maybe its a "habit" or self sabotage but I've noticed that as I'm getting ready to move into a new "decade" on the scale that it takes a heck of a lot longer to make that transition then losing the previous 9 pounds. So far I've had this issue when I moved out of the 200's and the 190's. I'm getting ready to move out of the 180's and am wondering if its going to happen again.
Anyone else notice this?

I think it's all in our heads. It's the anticipation of a new official number! It will come, so just continue what you're doing and make sure you take measurements- they are just as much motivation as dropping those LBs!
Congrats on the almost 20 lbs gone! TWO sacks of potatoes!!!0
