Hey everyone. I recently started nutrition cleansing program and I am struggling to get calories in at the end of the day and stick to the plan. I am using MFP and fitbit apps in conjunction. Should the caloric goal be to get to 0 at the end of the day. It is crediting my bike rides to and from work daily as well as my other workouts. Any suggestions would be super helpful!!!! Thank you!

Your net calories should equal your MFP provided intake goal ... not zero.

The Calories Remaining should be around 0 - I try to stay within 50-100 under most days.

As above - Net calories should be the intake goal given by MFP.

Your net food intake should match your goal with 0 remaining calories.
Netting zero implies that you burned off everything you ate, which is a horrible idea.

    1) Should be close to " 0 ". Slightly over or slightly under is ok. I was really over the day I took this, but had been under all week, so it balanced out.

2 & 3 ) These should be close to matching. Your goal is to NET the goal MFP gave you. So in my case, I should aim to NET 1490.
