Lesson learned...no milkshakes before working out!

So I got off work a little early today. Steak N Shake has a happy hour special for their shakes that we always miss due to work times. The hubby and I decided to stop for shakes on the way home. The salted caramel shake was fantastic! I get home and start my strength training routine and things did not feel fantastic anymore. I didn't finish my workout.
This is the first time I have skipped a strength day since starting in January. I strength train Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Do you think I should just pick up where I left off on Thursday and work out on Saturday. Or do think I should restart the routine on Friday and just train twice this week? I am on phase 3 of NROLFL if that makes any difference.

Either option would be fine, assuming you've got the time. IIRC, most of the NROL programs use A/B days, as does the program I'm using. Generally, if I have to miss one of my MWF workouts, I just resume on the next scheduled day with the workout I missed. But that's mainly due to not having a lot of schedule flexibility.0
