No weight has been lost

Hi. I'm only maintaining daily walk and no exercise, could that be the reason why am I not losing any weight?

    calorie deficit = weight loss.

    if you are not losing then you are not in a deficit.

    how many calories per day are you consuming?
    do you use a food scale?
    do you log everything that you are eating into MFP??
