hey fitness pals! Looking for motivation and to motivate! I used to be really thin. About 4 years ago I gained over 30 pounds within a couple months due to birth control and just what I figured was the change from teenhood to adulthood. I've wanted to lose the weight ever since but I am a total foodie and hate the idea of diets so I never stuck with them. I always tried to get in the habit of working out but always gave up when I saw no results. This time it's for real! I'm done giving up and giving in. I'm ready to be happy with my body again and prove to myself that I can do it! I have recently switched my birth control and have started a major exercise routine as well as a calorie limit for each day. I have lost 3lbs and will continue to lose until I win
