    4/1 - 3x500Y TT swim w/1 min rest btw in 33:52, and 30:05 aqua run - total 1:03:57
    4/2 - rest day
    4/3 - 15.2 miles on the bike in 1:04:02 and yoga class 58:26 - total 2:02:28
    4/4 - 3 hour Brick - 41 miles on the bike in 2:52:01, 1 mile run in 9:08 - total 3:01:09
    4/5 - rest day
    4/6 - 25 miles on the bike in 1:30:03
    4/7 - yoga class 59:07, followed by a 5.1 mile outside bike ride in 21:34 - total 1:20:41
    4/8 - blew off my swim to say goodbye to my sister and niece before they left for Charlotte (they're moving :cry: my BIL has been down there since mid-Feb)
