    It's a boring answer but diet and exercise.

    If you're not overweight but just need toning up then consider taking a class at the local gym. They can teach you the moves that will give you the body you want and they can teach you how to carry them out safely so you don't injure yourself.

    If money's too tight to mention then I'm sure there are about a billion YouTube videos of flat abs exercises. Just make sure you follow ones that come from reputable trainers and not someone who hasn't yet learned to tie their shoelaces.

    Plus, concentrate on eating healthy Foods.
    Eating loads of foods that have been fried or sweet treats won't help either.

    Yep, no quick or easy fix. Just calories in vs calories out.

    Unfortunately you can't 'spot reduce' or pick which areas you lose weight in. But ab and core muscle work will help tone and build muscle, which will look great when the fat is gone!

    Establish an intense exercise regime (with weight lifting and high intensity cardio) and a healthy nutrition plan at an appropriate calorie level. Get consistent with getting after your goals and you can make some awesome headway by summer.
