Hey everybody, my name is Alex and I downloaded this app to help me with my weight loss journey. In June 2014 I was diagnosed with diabetes. I felt like my life is over. I remember crying and crying and crying some more. My doctor told me with a good diet and some exercise I can live with this & not let it take over. I then started eating right, I wasn't doing much activity however with eating right and getting my sugar levels under control I lost about 60+ pounds. Here recently I went off-track and started eating out again along with candy candy candy & carbs. I recently just joined the gym and told myself that if I lost 60 pounds without exercise I can lose a lot with it plus eating healthier! My goal is to be 100 pounds gone since July of last year! This means I have about 40 pounds to go! Looking for encouragement & motivation! Feel free to add me :)
