3-5 miles 4-5x a week.

So ive been walking 3-5 miles at a 4 MPH pace 4-5 days a week and i have my activity level set at sedentary because i have a desk job. Should i change it to moderately active or leave it the same? Any advice? Also ive been doing this for three weeks now.

MFP works by you eatign back your exercise cals, so keep your activity level the same, and eat back the cals you burn from exercise.
or switch to TDEE method and dont eat them back.0
