"We have found no negative, adverse effects on health when you drink up to three to five cups a day. There was also a recent study that showed that people who drank coffee reversed liver damage from alcohol. http://www.wcrf.org/sites/default/files/Liver-Cancer-2015-Report.pdf0 -
I have one cup of coffee in the morning on work days. For a mug of coffee, I put 4 sweet n low packets, and 3 little cup things of creamer. I know this isn't good for me, but it's only 90 calories for a cup of coffee. I'm not normally in the habit of drinking my calories, but I make an exception for this.0

If I don't get my coffee daily I would bite somebody0

Don't worry. I'm guilty of having 4-10 cups of black coffee over the course of a day (I think I'm responsible for half of Starbuck's revenue -it's very easy to overdo it on the coffee when there are three Starbucks within a mile radius of your university).0

If it's bad, I don't want to be good0

If you're not one of the people who reacts badly to the caffeine, then it is actually good for you- at least if you don't go overboard and drink two pots a day. As mentioned above, the research shows 3-5 cups a day actually could help protect you against several serious diseases.0

Coffeeeeeeeee...can't live without it, and don't try and talk to me until I've had my first cup. I add milk, track the calories and enjoy it! You're fine0
