I was wondering what kind of supplements/weight loss pills/etc. people are taking.

    I take a multivitamin, vitamin D, BCAA's pre workout, and creatine post workout.

    After a 6 month plateau...I figured I was vitamin deficient in SOMETHING. My hair was also falling out despite increasing my calories to around 2000.

    Vitamin D, and Zinc for about a month...and I have curb stomped the plateau. (Bonus...my hair has stopped falling out as much)


    Supplement if you need to - and diet pills don't work.

    I don't really take "weight loss pills."
    I do, however, take a multi and CLA every day. I take other things for my mood (I am prone to depression) like st. johns wort and evening primrose oil.
    I try to get as many things as my body needs from food. I TRUELY believe food is medicine and I rarely get sick. After I weight train, I do drink a protein shake that isn't full of sugars and artificial crap... I'm not perfect but I'm close to almost a 100% clean diet.

    I take a multivitamin, fish oil supplement, C4 Explode preworkout, and Elite gourmet Whey-Casein blend for my post workout shake.

    why are you looking for weight loss supplements OP? they will accelerate weight loss but if you cant do it yourself whats the point?

    Do people generally not take whey to SUPPLEMENT protein? LOL


    Anyway OP-

    I take vitamin D, Vitamin b6&12, iron, Fish Oil, Jack3d or NO Xplode preworkout, whey protein, and BCAAs both during the day and intraworkout.

    I take protein powder as food. You can have that as a main source of protein and be fine.
    whey has calories and is derived from milk when they make cheese

    its been around for a long time. curds and whey = casein and whey.
