Hi! My name is Linnea! I am in the process of training for an ironman but have been struggling with my diet. A friend recommended I track my calories and exercise on myfitnesspal. I logged in today's food and was surprised to see I have not been eating enough. No wonder I have an urge to binge. Looking forward to getting back on track!
