My name is Sarah. I am a working mom & wife with 3 kids at home. I am looking for additional help or advice to try and lose about 30 lbs. I would like to be fit, but I seem to keep heading back to the fatting food. Any helpful tips? Thank you all in advance

One tip... you need to decide if this is something you really want deep down. Commit to it, focus on it daily and that crap food will become a after thought! Good luck dear!0
